A highly automated ecommerce store

TailoredRoast is a demonstration store. The coffee is not real, but the automation behind it is: the quiz, the subscriptions, the roast-day operations and the customer messaging all run without manual work.

   The Discover Your Taste quiz scores answers and recommends the right roast, then routes the customer straight to the matching subscription.

   Roast-day operations

   Orders are batched by roast day, picking lists are generated automatically, and dispatch notifications fire without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

   Lifecycle email

   Welcome sequences, roast-day updates and win-back flows are triggered by store events rather than sent by hand.

   Content and catalogue

   Product copy, tasting notes and imagery are generated and kept in sync from a single source of record.
